Since launching in 2012, Pick Six Previews has had one mission: to make an immediate impact of success, accuracy, and expertise on the great sport of College Football.
We have done just that. In 2012, our inaugural season preview, we finished with the most accurate BCS season previews. Sure, for every Bruce Springsteen, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Red Hot Chili Peppers, there are hundreds of one-hit wonders. But after three years on top, the Pick Six Previews season preview has now been established as the premier Power 5 predictor.
Stassen.com is an impartial website, owned by Chris Stassen, that calculates the accuracy of every preseason publication. The algorithm used is relatively simple, and makes a lot of sense:
If a team is predicted to finish 1st in its division and finishes 3rd, two points are given to the predictor for being two spots off the final standings. Therefore, the more points accumulated, the less accurate the overall predictions.
With added features such as critical stats, weighted talent ratings, and team schedules, this preview is our best yet and will provide you with everything you need to gauge how well your team stacks up. No frills, all accuracy, all style.
