2022 PRESEASON ALL-BIG TEN TEAM |
On offense, USC leads the league with six selections. New head coach Lincoln Riley packed the roster with offensive skill talent and signed the nation’s #1 transfer class of 2022. Defensively, Utah leads with five selections. Coordinator Morgan Scalley is one of the best football minds in the game and has again reloaded the defensive lineup. Utah is “Pick Six U” as they have the longest active streak of seasons with a Pick Six – 18 straight years since 2004 when Scalley was a safety for the Utes.
In total, Utah leads with 10 selections, followed by USC (8), Oregon (6), Oregon State (6), Washington (4), Stanford (3), Arizona (2), California (2), UCLA (2), Washington State (2), and Arizona State (1).

After the release of my 2019 Season Preview book, I was selected to become a Heisman Trophy voter, and was invited onto 100+ radio/TV/podcast spots. After my 2020 Season Preview book, I was invited to join the 12-person FWAA All-America Team selection committee. I’m a voter on several national awards such as the Heisman, Biletnikoff, Outland, and Nagurski and have a weekly ballot in the FWAA’s Super 16 poll.
2022 SEASON PREVIEW
This is the end result of over 1,000 hours of studying game tape, spring games, local media podcasts, talking to head coaches/coordinators, and developing my advanced stats and Game Grader formula. To my knowledge, this is the only college football preview publication out there that is a one-man operation.
The 2022 Season Preview book is a deep dive into all 66 Power 5 programs. 1500+ words per team, program history, coaching schemes, graphics and trends, next-level stats but placed in a very readable form.
The goal was to give the college football fan the most complete preseason publication possible. Again here in 2022, I am confident I have achieved that goal.

"Few publications have as up-to-date preview information as Pick Six Previews. In addition to all the usual content one would expect out of a preview magazine, there are unique features like “Game Grader” which help Pick Six Previews stand out. It’s not easy to make a preview publication seem fresh and full of new information, but Brett accomplishes it with some incredibly thorough write-ups. If you’re getting ready for the college football season, Pick Six Previews is a must read." - Chris Fallica, Research Producer of ESPN's College Gameday (1996-2020) |
