"Presented to the college Lineman of the year by the Rotary Club of Houston"
Vince Lombardi, the legendary NFL Head Coach that led the Green Bay Packers to a decade of dominance, was first well-known for his playing career at Fordham.  At Fordham, he was a member of the "Seven Blocks of Granite" - the stout offensive line (hence the granite block trophy).
