Undefeated National Champions. Peyton Manning left in '97, but QB Tee Martin led Vols to title game win over Florida State 23-16. RB Jamal Lewis and WR Peerless Price were key contributors

2010 Auburn
Undefeated National Champions. Led by Heisman Winner QB Cam Newton, Tigers won 7 games within a score including Oregon in the title 22-19
2011 Alabama
13-1 National Champions. Only loss was to #1 LSU 9-6 in OT, but they won the rematch in BCS Title 21-0. 5 Players picked in top 35 picks. Led by RB Trent Richardson, S Mark Barron, LB Dont'a Hightower, CB Dre Kirkpatrick
2012 Alabama
13-1 National Champions. Lost 29-24 against Heisman Johnny Manziel and Texas A&M. Destroyed Notre Dame 42-14 in BCS Title. 3rd title in 4 seasons, first to do so since '94-'95-'97 Nebraska
